UNFAIR COMPETITION
We provide legal advice on matters relating to acts of unfair competition, including:
- we offer full legal support in cases of disputes between entrepreneurs arising from specific market activities, including both the mediation stage and attempts at amicable dispute resolution, as well as at the civil trial stage,
- we provide representation in unfair competition cases to entities asserting their rights due to infringement of competition conditions as well as entities seeking protection against unfounded allegations.
We deal with, among others, the issue of unfair competition acts committed on the Internet, consisting in particular in the unauthorised use of the reputation of entrepreneurs and the designations used by them in their business.
