Education and professional experience
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She completed postgraduate studies in the field of “Intellectual Property Law” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in the field of “Labor Law” at the Faculty of Law of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
She completed her judicial internship. She obtained the professional title of legal advisor. He has the qualifications of a mediator in civil matters.
Provides legal assistance in civil and economic matters, in particular related to the handling of infrastructure investments (including public finance sector entities).
Specializes in intellectual property law, legal aspects of running a business on the Internet. Advises on matters relating to the protection of personal rights, combating unfair competition, trademarks, IT implementations.
Deals with labor law – provides assistance in employee matters in the field of individual employment relations, as well as in the processes of restructuring and disintegration of work teams, collective labor law and all other forms of employment, e.g. management contracts.
Represents clients in court disputes, including arbitration.
