Mediation is an increasingly dynamic method of resolving disputes of various types and origins. It is a voluntary, informal and conciliatory process that offers many benefits to its participants. The main advantage is the opportunity for both parties to reach a mutually beneficial solution. These advantages are also evident in commercial disputes, which is worth promoting within the business community.
Family Foundation Management
I offer comprehensive support starting from assistance in establishing a family foundation with the participation of a law firm, as well as full management of the foundation in tax, accounting and investment matters throughout its entire operation.
A family foundation is a solution that enables the creation of organizational structures ensuring business continuity and asset protection for more than one generation, without requiring direct involvement of legal successors. It also allows the implementation of benefits for beneficiaries without threatening the integrity of family assets or the financial liquidity of companies in which the foundation holds shares. A family foundation can also serve as an effective tax strategy for beneficiaries. It functions like a family treasury: providing financial resources, protecting assets, while implementing the founder’s vision and maintaining the values established in their business. Therefore, a family foundation is a means to an end – ensuring the continuity of an enterprise across generations and securing the financial needs of its beneficiaries.
