Advisory Team
Rita Świętek – legal counsel. She specializes in tax and administrative law, with particular focus on public procurement law. She represents taxpayers before tax authorities, administrative bodies, courts, fiscal control authorities and customs administration. She provides tax advisory to clients in the infrastructure and energy sectors, real estate, and construction services. She has extensive professional experience in local government law, including local taxes and fees, particularly property tax.
She advises entrepreneurs on obtaining decisions, permits, concessions and licenses, particularly in matters of spatial planning, construction law, real estate management, environmental protection and water law.
She graduated in law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed postgraduate studies in Taxation and Fiscal Administration at the Poznań University of Economics.
