Infrastructure investments are complex projects, often implemented over a relatively long period of time, with the involvement of many entities, and requiring large financial outlays.
Support for investment processes covers the entire sequence of activities related to the project, from the planning stage and preparation for the implementation of the investment, to the final settlement of the investment and proceedings related to the guarantee and warranty. In this area, we provide assistance both to ordering parties from the public and private sectors, as well as to contractors and other participants of the investment process – design companies or component suppliers.

- giving opinions on construction contracts and advising on amicable resolution of problems related to the implementation of infrastructure investments for one of the branches of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways,
- giving opinions on international contracts regarding the construction of terephthalic acid plants and providing legal advice on pursuing warranty claims related to their implementation and the method of implementing procedures related to the settlement of contracts for a leading concern in the fuel industry,
- representing in numerous court and arbitration proceedings regarding the proper performance of construction contracts in the general contracting system implemented by one of the first companies listed on the Stock Exchange.
