Education and professional experience
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. After completing his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors, he passed the bar exam and was admitted to the bar.
He gained professional experience at renowned law firms in Szczecin and Poznań, specializing in comprehensive advisory services for business entities, as well as in the field of medical law.
Within the firm, he focuses on corporate law, corporate disputes, transaction law (M&A), medical law, and day-to-day business support.
An expert in supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of corporate transactions—from structuring processes, through optimizing legal forms, to negotiating and implementing final agreements.
He has extensive experience in the day-to-day operations of corporate bodies and in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
As part of his medical law practice, he provides comprehensive legal assistance to healthcare providers, medical staff, and patients.
He advises on regulatory matters related to the operation of healthcare facilities and their organizational structure, and represents clients in disputes concerning medical malpractice and professional liability
