Rafał Machecki
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and postgraduate studies in economic and fiscal criminal law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He completed his judicial apprenticeship and passed the judicial examination.
He has been practicing as a lawyer since 2009. Entered on the list of attorneys of the District Bar Council in Katowice.
He represents entrepreneurs and individuals in commercial and civil disputes.
Defender in commercial and fiscal criminal cases, including those related to violation of tax obligations and settlements of grants or subsidies.
He has experience in providing legal services to business entities, with particular emphasis on entities from the automotive and medical industries.
He seeks compensation in cases of traffic accidents, accidents at work and medical errors.
He has the qualifications of a mediator.

For two terms he served as a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association in Katowice. He was a member of the Supreme Appeals Committee of the Polish Football Association in Warsaw and the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Silesian Football Association in Katowice.
