Włodzimierz Głowacki

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam
Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He was entered on the list of legal
advisors in 1997. From 1994 to 2000, a researcher at the Department
of Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law of the Faculty of Law of the
Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Doctor of Laws.

He has extensive professional experience in the areas of corporate
law, civil law and intellectual property. He is skilled in contract
negotiations, solving corporate disputes and acting in court
proceedings as an attorney and arbitrator.

As a hobby, he is involved in sports law in the area of professional
sports.

• advising on commercial conflicts and intellectual property disputes,
• advising on the management of infrastructure investments,
• IT and IP management and protection,
• business contracts, shareholders’ agreements and transaction
  agreements.

• Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of
  Lewiatan,

  Association,
• Member of supervisory boards of capital companies,
• Member of the Association for the Protection of Industrial Property
  which is the part of the International Association for the Protection of
  Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the Association of Competition Law.
