Restructuring and bankruptcy

We offer comprehensive legal services for enterprise restructuring processes, including those connected with a change of the legal form of business or transformations in this respect. This service includes, among others:

• advice on the selection of the optimal legal structure of the project, providing assistance at every stage of its implementation,
• conducting legal research (due diligence) of the enterprise and its individual assets,
• representing the Client before the competent public administration authorities in order to obtain the required approvals and permits,
• representing Clients participating as creditors in bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings, including advising in negotiations on how to restructure the bankrupt’s liabilities,
• providing legal support in the execution of restructuring plans, preparing the relevant documentation, which consists in particular of draft agreements and corporate acts.
