Mateusz Gogol
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw. A seminarist at the Department of Tax Law in which he wrote a master’s thesis on “VAT taxation of new means of transport”. He completed postgraduate studies in taxes at the same University. He passed his tax adviser exam. He worked in Polish and international consulting companies. Currently, he attends a legal doctoral seminar. In his daily practice, he deals with, among others, the preparation of applications for interpretations, preparation and implementation of tax procedures. He represents clients in disputes before administrative courts. He participated in proceedings in the field of transfer prices, empty invoices and the responsibility of management board members.
He completed the 1st degree accounting course and the Certified Transfer Pricing Specialist course in international and national terms supported by the TPE® certificate. Author of publications in Monitor Podatkowy, Prawo Podatkowe [Tax Law] quarterly and Procedury Administracyjne i Podatkowe [Administrative and Tax Procedures].
