Marta Milej-Krzyształowska
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She also completed studies in international relations at the Faculty of History. She completed a mediation course entitling to be entered on the list of mediators at the District Court in Poznań.
She provides legal services to companies in employment matters, including in the field of individual employment relations, as well as restructuring and disintegration of work teams and collective labour law. She has experience in consumer consulting, with particular emphasis on transactions concluded via the Internet.
She provides legal assistance to entrepreneurs in the field of civil and economic matters. She provides support to both private and public entities in carrying out construction investment processes, in particular, she provides ongoing service for infrastructure investments, also in accordance with the provisions on public procurement.
