Infrastructure investments are complex projects, often implemented over a relatively long period of time, with the involvement of many entities, and also requiring large financial outlays.

Support for investment processes covers the entire sequence of activities related to a project, from the stage of planning and preparation for the implementation of the investment, to the final settlement of the investment and proceedings related to the guarantee and warranty. In this area, we provide assistance to both public- and private- sector ordering parties as well as contractors and other participants in the investment process – design firms or component suppliers.

In the centre of our interest are projects related to telecommunications infrastructure, road transport and energetics.

We have built our experience in this area on the basis of:

• many years of contract and process services in the area of the tasks of the Municipal Roads Authority in one of the most dynamically developing voivodeship cities,
• issuing opinions on construction contracts and advising on the amicable resolution of problems related to the implementation of infrastructure investments for one of the branches of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways,
• issuing opinions on international contracts for the construction of a terephthalic acid plant and legal advice on the pursuit of warranty claims related to their implementation and the manner of implementation of procedures related to the settlement of contracts for a leading concern in the fuel industry,
• representation in numerous court and arbitration proceedings regarding the proper performance of construction work agreements in the general contractor system, performed by one of the first companies listed on the Stock Exchange.
