We provide comprehensive legal support at every stage of conducting disputes. On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the case, we present the legal situation of the client, indicating their rights and possible steps, and then:

• we advise and represent the Client at the stage of talks aimed at the amicable settlement of a dispute, including those conducted in conciliation proceedings and before a mediator,
• we represent Clients in negotiations and in concluding out-of-court settlements, we provide legal support at the stage of implementing agreements concluded by the parties,
• we provide legal representation by professional attorneys at law in proceedings before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court,
• we provide Clients with legal support in conducting disputes in arbitration proceedings, we represent Clients in proceedings before arbitration courts, both appointed ad hoc to a specific case and before permanent arbitration courts; we are familiar with the specifics of conducting domain disputes resolved before the Arbitration Court for Internet Domains at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications and before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce,
• we conduct security and enforcement proceedings.
